Kol Bina strives to make this website accessible to people with disabilities, in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Accessibility Regulations for Services.

The product itself is a phone-based Hebrew voice assistant — reachable by ordinary call, without an app, screen, or internet — which is inherently useful for many users who find visual or digital interfaces difficult.

קול בינה פועלת להנגשת אתר זה לאנשים עם מוגבלות, בהתאם לחוק שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות, תשנ״ח-1998, ולתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), תשע״ג-2013.

המוצר עצמו הוא עוזר קולי בעברית הזמין בשיחת טלפון רגילה — בלי אפליקציה, בלי מסך ובלי אינטרנט — ולכן הוא נגיש מטבעו גם למשתמשים המתקשים בממשקים חזותיים או דיגיטליים.

This website aims to conform to Israeli Standard 5568 (based on WCAG 2.0 Level AA), and to follow WCAG 2.1 AA practices where practical.

Accessibility was reviewed against the site’s HTML, CSS and JavaScript on 28 July 2026. This is an internal technical review, not a formal third-party certification.

האתר שואף לעמוד בדרישות תקן ישראלי 5568 (המבוסס על WCAG 2.0 ברמת AA), וכן ליישם עקרונות WCAG 2.1 AA ככל שהדבר מעשי.

נגישות האתר נבדקה מול קוד ה-HTML, ה-CSS וה-JavaScript בתאריך 28 ביולי 2026. מדובר בבדיקה טכנית פנימית, ולא באישור חיצוני פורמלי של יועץ נגישות מוסמך.

• Semantic structure: landmarks (header, nav, main, footer), a single clear h1, and ordered section headings.
• Language & direction: the page declares Hebrew RTL by default; switching to English updates lang and dir.
• Skip link: a “skip to main content” link appears on keyboard focus.
• Keyboard use: interactive controls are operable by keyboard; focus is visibly indicated (:focus-visible).
• Navigation: the mobile menu exposes aria-expanded / aria-controls and closes with Escape.
• Images & icons: meaningful images have text alternatives; decorative SVGs are hidden from assistive technology.
• Forms: labels are associated with inputs; validation errors set aria-invalid and aria-describedby, and status messages use aria-live.
• FAQ: questions use native details/summary elements.
• Motion: animations and the hero call timer respect prefers-reduced-motion.
• Responsive layout: content reflows on small screens without requiring horizontal scrolling for primary content.

• שפה וכיוון: ברירת המחדל היא עברית מימין לשמאל; מעבר לאנגלית מעדכן את מאפייני lang ו-dir.
• קישור דילוג: קישור ״דילוג לתוכן הראשי״ מופיע בפוקוס מקלדת.
• שימוש במקלדת: רכיבים אינטראקטיביים ניתנים להפעלה במקלדת, עם סימון פוקוס ברור (:focus-visible).
• ניווט: תפריט המובייל חושף aria-expanded / aria-controls ונסגר באמצעות Escape.
• תמונות וסמלים: לתמונות משמעותיות יש חלופה טקסטואלית; אייקונים דקורטיביים מוסתרים מטכנולוגיות מסייעות.
• טפסים: תוויות מקושרות לשדות; שגיאות אימות מגדירות aria-invalid ו-aria-describedby, והודעות סטטוס מועברות ב-aria-live.
• שאלות נפוצות: משתמשות ברכיבי details/summary מובנים בדפדפן.
• תנועה: אנימציות וטיימר ההדגמה מכבדים את העדפת prefers-reduced-motion.
• עיצוב רספונסיבי: התוכן מתאים למסכים קטנים בלי גלילה אופקית לתוכן העיקרי.

• Third-party widgets (for example Cloudflare Turnstile, when enabled) may not fully meet the same accessibility level as the rest of the site.
• The decorative hero “live call” demo is summarised for assistive technology with an accessible name; fine visual animation detail is not part of the spoken experience.
• External linked pages (payment providers, Google, etc.) are outside our control.
